IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT — PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST

To ensure the health and safety of our customers and our employees, we are closing our store temporarily. At this time, we intend to reopen Monday, April 27, 2020.

 

This is an extremely difficult decision for us, but just as you have come to trust us over the years with your pool or spa, we hope that you will trust and believe this is a necessary decision to ensure the safety of the community we so dearly love. We have always prided ourselves on being a leader in our industry as well as our community, and we believe that this is a time where leadership is not only craved, but desperately needed.

 

So where do we go from here?

 

We are still here to help. We will say that again: We are still here to help. We will continue to update this page and our Facebook page with advice and reminders throughout this temporary closure. We encourage you to reach out to us via our Facebook page so that we can continue to assist you with any issues you might have. Many issues we can diagnose with just a few pictures.

 

We are perfecting our processes for this ‘new normal’ we seem to find ourselves in. When we reopen, we will be heavily focused on contactless express pickup, as well as curbside pickup. We are working on a solution to continue to test water, even with limited contact. We are dedicated now more than ever to our customers, and we will continue to find ways to offer the great customer service you have come to expect. We believe that the improvements we make during this time will become some of your favorite features moving forward.

 

In a time that is seemingly very uncertain and tense, we encourage everyone to take a deep breath, and understand that many of the issues we frequently see from our customers are not as bad as they may initially seem. We will walk you through these issues. Please know that while you may have an automatic pool cleaner, you are still fully capable of caring for your pool manually. We will instruct you on how to do so.

 

We understand that for some, it may be difficult to go these next two weeks without some of your pool supplies. We will gladly communicate to you how you can do more with less, and advise on what is absolutely necessary right now and what may be considered optional.

 

For those of you who run out of essential chemicals, we encourage you to contact a great local service company — Pool Life — at 251-689-0138. They are offering pool chemical delivery. We are continuing to look for more local service and cleaning companies who offer this same delivery service, and will post their contact information as it becomes available.

 

We will have a special phone number posted on our Facebook page as a ‘hotline’ to assist our customers who are not as tech savvy as others. Sending us a private message or an e-mail will be the quickest way for us to assist you. Additionally, we will make ourselves available for FaceTime appointments for individuals interested in purchasing pools or spas. When we say we are not going anywhere, we truly mean it.

 

Finally, from all the staff here, we want to thank you for your support over the years. We will miss seeing you all over the next two weeks, but we eagerly await a better tomorrow. Take this time to be with your families and focus on what truly matters. We will all make it through this together.
